Unopened/undamaged product can be returned for a full refund with 30 days or be issued as Clarinet World credit.
Opened packaging can be returned for a refund with a 25% restocking fee with its original packaging and without damage or be issued as Clarinet World credit. No accessory will be accepted for returns without its original packaging.
No refunds on shipping.
NEW or REFURBISHED clarinet must be returned within one week of when the tracking stated it was delivered.
No refunds on sheet music. Exchanges will given if sheet music is incomplete or defective.
