Return Policy

Unopened/undamaged product may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Product that has been unpackaged (without damage) may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, less the original shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. No accessory will be accepted for returns without its original packaging. Proof of purchase required. No refunds on shipping. NEW or REFURBISHED clarinets must be returned within one week of delivery.No refunds will be given on sheet music. Exchanges will given if sheet music is incomplete or defective.
